ENHANCING TRADE
POLICY-MAKING IN CHINA In partnership with the
A capacity-buyilding partnership in Guangdong
Province

In September 2005 the Federal Trust, in partnership with the Guangdong WTO Affairs Consultation Service Center in China, began a collaborative project to enhance trade policy-making in China.
The aim of this project is to create a more transparent policy-making environment by enhancing public capacity to participate in Chinese trade policy formulation. The project will specifically increase the capacity of businesses and industrial groupings in Guangdong to contribute effectively to trade policy formulation and increase government's capacity to manage a participatory process.
This web site has been designed to provide up-to-date information on this project, ongoing activities and the collaborative partnership.
